🏡 House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask that the following rules are respected:
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: until 11:00 AM
- No smoking inside the apartment
- No parties or events allowed
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property
Failure to comply may result in additional charges or early termination of the stay.
🔑 Check-in & Access
- Access is provided via electronic lock
- Check-in is self-service and flexible after the scheduled time
- Detailed instructions are sent on the day of arrival
🧹 Cleaning Policy
- A professional cleaning is included after check-out
- Additional cleaning during the stay is available upon request (extra fee applies)
- Guests are expected to leave the apartment in reasonable condition
💰 Payments & Cancellation

• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining 70% must be paid up to 10 days prior to check-in.
• Free cancellation up to 10 days before check-in.
• In case of cancellation, an administrative fee of R$200 will be applied.
• For cancellations made less than 10 days prior to check-in, the reservation becomes non-refundable.
• No refunds for early departures.
⚠️ Damages & Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay
- Any issues must be reported immediately
- Extra cleaning or repairs may be charged if necessary
🔌 Utilities & Energy
- Guests are kindly asked to turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when leaving the apartment
- This helps maintain sustainability and efficiency
🛡️ Security
- The property is located in a secure building (when applicable)
- Guests should always lock doors and windows when leaving
- We are not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings
