• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• No smoking inside the apartment
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property

Failure to comply may result in additional charges or early termination of the stay.

🔑 Check-in & Access

• Access is provided via electronic lock
• Check-in is self-service and flexible after the scheduled time
• Detailed instructions are sent on the day of arrival

🧹 Cleaning Policy

• A professional cleaning is included after check-out
• Additional cleaning during the stay is available upon request (extra fee applies)
• Guests are expected to leave the apartment in reasonable condition

💰 Payments & Cancellation

• Payment terms follow the conditions selected at the time of booking
• Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate chosen (flexible / non-refundable)
• No refunds for early departures

⚠️ Damages & Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay
• Any issues must be reported immediately
• Extra cleaning or repairs may be charged if necessary

🔌 Utilities & Energy

• Guests are kindly asked to turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when leaving the apartment
• This helps maintain sustainability and efficiency

• The property is located in a secure building (when applicable)
• Guests should always lock doors and windows when leaving
• We are not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings
